Raw Material Inspection

All incoming PP granules and BOPP films are tested for MFI, density and colour.

In-Process
Checks

Tape GSM, denier, and weave counts are monitored continuously during production.

Lamination & Print QC

Adhesion tests, peel strength and colour consistency checks after lamination/printing.

Finished Goods Testing

Bag strength, seam integrity, print quality and weight checks before dispatch.
